HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER?

Offer is valid only for orders shipped within United States by our choice of ground transportation. All orders will be shipped within 3 -5 business days. There is no guarantee of delivery time but generally orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Every effort will be made to ship products within 24 hours of order receipt. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Important: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. These orders will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT PRODUCT OR IT WAS DAMAGED?

You can call or email Cake Time Supplies Customer Service. Returns are allowed within 10 days of receiving the item. In case of lost products during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

DO YOU KEEP CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

No, for the security of our customers, we do not keep any credit card information on file.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TERMS?

Shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of the package. The shopping cart will give you a default price, however, please call our office at 540-642-5180 if you need more information.


Our Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after shipment. If, you cancel order before shipment you can call us at Cake Time Supplies Customer Service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. Upon arrival, please check your order to ensure that it is correct.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging, in the same condition as it was received. For health and safety reasons food products cannot be returned for any reason, except in the case where Cake Time Supplies, LLC sent the wrong product.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
